The opportunity

Support the recruitment team end to end — sourcing, screening and coordinating candidates across IT and non-IT roles. You speak to real candidates from week one. Structure: 3 months unpaid training, then a performance-based stipend of ₹5,000–₹10,000 a month for 3 months, then eligibility for a permanent role from ₹3 LPA.

What you'll do

• ›Source candidates through job portals, social media, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
• ›Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• ›Conduct initial candidate calls and explain job roles clearly.
• ›Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.
• ›Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• ›Follow up with candidates for interviews, documents, onboarding, and joining.
• ›Support bulk hiring, internship hiring, fresher hiring, and lateral hiring activities.

• ✓Good communication skills.
• ✓Basic understanding of the recruitment process.
• ✓Ability to handle candidate coordination.
• ✓Interest in HR, talent acquisition, and staffing.

• +MS Excel or Google Sheets knowledge.
• +Comfortable speaking to candidates over the phone.
