The opportunity

Support the technical team on real delivery work — development, testing, debugging and documentation — across web, mobile and backend, alongside senior developers. Structure: 3 months unpaid training, then a performance-based stipend of ₹5,000–₹10,000 a month for 3 months, then eligibility for a permanent role from ₹3 LPA.

What you'll do

• ›Assist in software development and application support activities.
• ›Work on web, mobile, or backend development tasks based on project requirements.
• ›Support coding, debugging, testing, and documentation.
• ›Coordinate with senior developers and project teams.
• ›Learn and work on technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js, Python, Java, PHP, or SQL.
• ›Participate in project discussions, requirement understanding, and task execution.
• ›Support internal product development and client-based project activities.

• ✓Basic programming knowledge.
• ✓Understanding of web development or software development concepts.
• ✓Willingness to learn new technologies.
• ✓Good problem-solving attitude.

• +Knowledge of Git, databases, APIs, or cloud basics.
