The opportunity

Own the day-to-day of how Aguttaa's client shows up online — social media, content, campaigns, SEO and lead generation. Your work ships to a real audience, not a portfolio. Structure: 3 months unpaid training, then a performance-based stipend of ₹5,000–₹10,000 a month for 3 months, then eligibility for a permanent role from ₹3 LPA.

What you'll do

• ›Manage and support social media activities across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
• ›Create content ideas for posts, campaigns, reels, stories, and promotional activities.
• ›Assist in digital marketing campaigns for brand awareness and lead generation.
• ›Support SEO, basic keyword research, and website content updates.
• ›Coordinate with design and content teams for creatives and marketing materials.
• ›Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports.
• ›Promote company services, internship programs, training programs, and hiring campaigns.

• ✓Basic knowledge of social media marketing.
• ✓Interest in branding, content, and online promotions.
• ✓Creative thinking and good writing ability.
• ✓Willingness to learn campaign and analytics tools.

• +Canva or basic design knowledge.
